Employment: Full Time

Our client, is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Senior Manager. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.

Job Description
- Liaise between clients and trainers to provide clients with most suitable methods of content customization and follow up tools to ensure an optimum learning experience delivered with every training course.
- Liaise with clients when needed to understand/assess other special technical expectations
- Function as an internal consultant and quality assurer to the business assessing/auditing its performance against learning processes and procedures, identifying gaps, devising solutions and reporting results to the CEO on regular basis
- Liaise with trainers re quality of content to match client expectations
- Manage certification programs such as ILM, PMI, etc.
- Project manage all log-term programs such as national development and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure optimum performance and outcome
- Review Training materials to ensure meeting clients expectations
- Assist CEO with business projects in different areas such as: HR, exploring new learning initiatives, assessing new certifications/programs and its potential value to the business, run market intelligence to assess competitors capabilities and make recommendations, assist with product development and pricing strategy, manage trainers selection and on-boarding.
- Perform on behalf of the CEO when required by attending meetings, training courses, exhibitions locally and internationally when required and handling key client requests or complaints.
- Travels regularly to neighboring emirates to meet clients
- Travel periodically around the GCC to meet clients
- Other business projects/tasks assigned by the CEO

Requirements

- Candidate must have a technical background in learning and development especially course design, assessment tools and follow up methods.
- Having been a trainer or a training content designer is an advantage. previous experience working for a training vendor is a great plus.
- Candidate has to be a proactive self-starter with top-notch project management and skills and attention to details.
- Presentable with ability to do Consultative selling and solve problems diplomatically with all stakeholders is a must to trigger recurrent business through offering high quality technical solution and face to face service.
- Speaks, read and write English fluently. Arabic is a great advantage.
- Willing to travel around the UAE and possibly around the GCC when required. can start and finish at early/late hours when opening or closing a training event. May need to use own car to travel to other emirates when company's cars are booked.

Working days: 6 days a week (Sat is a work from home only during the high season if required)
