Job description / Role

KEY Responsibilities and Duties

• Highly self-motivated, career orientated team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work
• Demonstrated ability to secure leases and provide sales leadership and training
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of the UAE market including all competitive properties, area and customer demographics and available media
• Be organised and have the capacity to work under pressure and make deadlines
• Presenting properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
• Acting as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market
• Advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
• Assist manager in developing and implementing effective marketing
• Maintain a strong closing ratio
• Run background checks on potential tenants to evaluate their credit status and Criminal records to determine if they are eligible to vacate a building
• Utilise PSI leasing expectations and procedures to warmly greet prospective clients, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present the property and apartment homes, utilize feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly, whether the caller is a prospective client, a client, an internal Company team member or a vendor
• Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Company policy

Salary:
AED 1,999 to 2,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission

Requirements

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• An attested Bachelor's degree
• Driving License (Must)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
• Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment
• Computer literate with a good knowledge of most commonly used programs (Excel and MS Office)
