Leasing Consultant

Job description / Role

• Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found.
• Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients and briefing the Assistant Leasing
• Manager-Residential promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts.
• Coordinating the release of advertisements in newspaper and attending calls for advertised properties.
• Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into the relevant system.
• Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Finance division to ensure accurate, timely remittances.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years real estate leasing experience and /or expereince in sales, cabin crew.
• Must possess a UAE Driving license and a car
• Should be RERA Certified
• Fluent in English
• Should be Self Motivated
• Should have the ability to work under pressure
• The candidate should be dynamic, presentable, confident and assertive
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Should currently be based in UAE
