Leasing Manager

Job description / Role

This opportunity is with a large Retail Group in Dubai, UAE.

As a Leasing Executive you will be responsible for:

• Ensure monthly rents are paid and all leasing activities are in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
• Maintains and updates the lease activities in a database.
• Prepare and update option exposure information to maintain awareness when granting options for new tenants.
• Work with accounting to ensure other income (billboard, parking, storage, etc.) is collected in a timely fashion and review lease for compliance.
• Supports Leasing Department on preparation of reports, e.g.- Tenant Mix, Rent Roll, Data analysis.

Requirements

To be successful, you would have minimum 3-5 years of experience in Leasing.

• Ability to manage a large database, including inputting, editing, and verifying information
• Experience in a mall preferred
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Multitasking and time – management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
