Employment: Full Time

Our client, a Dubai based luxury shopping mall, is looking for an experienced Leasing Manager/Operations Support this role will report directly to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will be well-presented, hard-working, highly-organised, confident and a team player. The right candidate will also have the ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and be comfortable working with figures.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operation policies and initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability of the department
- Develop, review or streamline SOP
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.
- Coordinate the annual budget, administration and management of contract (including bulk procurement of services for the portfolio of properties)
- Assist in the implementation of Asset Enhancement Initiatives
- Assist in the feasibility study and due diligence of potential acquisitions
- Ensure compliance to authorities’ requirements
- Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements
- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service
- Be flexible to work weekdays, weeknights, and public holidays depending on what is required

Requirements

- A Qualification in Real Estate Management/ Retail Development/A Bachelors Degree in the Field of Business
- Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements
- Level 1 – Level 2 of Mall Development
- Introduction to Leasing ICSC and MECSC
- ABC of leasing ICSC and MECSC
- A minimum of 3 – 5 year working experience in the local market within the field of leasing and preferably with some exposure to the operational side of the business (preferably for a shopping mall)
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office and Excel and Leasing Software
- Familiarity with real estate law and leasing practices
- Tenacity
- Good Administrator
- Negotiating and Influencing skills Relationship building
- Understanding market trends
