Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Human Resource up to 17k Aed++ for a Leading University in Sharjah

• POSITION: Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Human Resources
• SALARY: up to 17,000 AED depending on qualifications and experience plus accommodation, transportation, air ticket and other perks benefits
• HIRING COMPANY: Premier university in Sharjah established since 1990
• LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE
• START DATE: Summer, August 2020
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time - Four Years Contract (Renewable)

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open for CIS, Western and Arab Nationals, Malaysian, Indonesian, Japanese, Singaporean
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Psychology or Human Resources
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in the same field, designing class activities
• Must have academic background in the field of Psychology/Human Resources with combination of teaching & industry experience in the field of specialization
• Strong record of Research and Publications (Mainly in Scopus, ABDC, Tomson Router, Emerald Insight, etc.)
• Experience of developing course materials and teaching resources
• Ability to develop rapport with students in a variety of learning contexts
• Extensive experience of working with diverse range of students
• Can work independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent communication and organization skills
