Position Title: Legal Assistant
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that was established in 1948.

Job Description:
• Preparing and editing contracts, declarations, letters, reports & other legal/admin documents.
• Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research.
• Locate and develop case relevant information, gathering and analyzing important data (e.g., declarations, precedents, and applicable laws) for a case.
• Prepare supporting materials (documents) for cases and court/expert sessions, type up, and file basic legal documents and correspondence.
• Handle communication with clients and external lawyers, maintain contact lists, monitor deadlines, manage calendars, and organize all documents in electronic and paper filing systems.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Female, 45 and below
• Bachelor of Law
• Minimum 1 year of proven working experience as Legal Assistant or Paralegal
• Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system
• Proficient in Arabic and English language
