Job description / Role
• Providing legal advise.
• Conducting legal research.
• Attending expert meeting.
• Drafting contracts.
• Drafting the required documents
• Assisting the senior team member.
• Reviewing the agreements for the clients.
• Drafting memos and ensuring all the essential procedures are carried out smoothly on behalf of the clients.
Requirements
• Opening for a junior associate in a full service business law practice that represents multinational companies across the Middle East.
• Self-starters who are motivated to take on projects are encouraged to apply.Familiarity with the Middle East region is important.
• Fluency in a Middle East regional language or language of international business (French or German) a plus.
• Enthusiastic and has go getter attitude.
