Job description / Role
- Draft and review legal contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with external parties to protect the company's interests.
- Maintain contract management systems and databases to ensure efficient organization and retrieval of documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide guidance on contract-related matters.
- Track contract expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal or termination processes.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations that may impact contract management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities in contracts.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle contract-related documents with discretion.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
- Familiarity with contract management systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
