Job description / Role
The Legal Counsel will provide legal advice on all types of financing and banking transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review legal documentation for all types of financing
* Advise on all legal matters involved with banking transactions
* Maintain banking policies and procedures
* Draft commercial agreements
Requirements
Essential Skills:
* Must be 3-8 PQE
* Must be UK or New York Qualified
* Must have worked in a Magic Circle or International Law Firm
* Must have banking & finance experience
* Must be based in the Middle East
