Legal Manager up to 35k Aed for a Logistics and Supply Chain Co in Dubai

- Review legal risks of each business deals and legal cases of the company, and communicate them with management
- Provide expert legal advice on various matters including the management of tender documents
- Manage, train and hire members of the legal department
- Handle litigation management
- Liase, deal and coordinate with different stakeholders including law authorities

Requirements

- POSITION: Legal Manager
- SALARY: up to 35,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: Logistics and Supply Chain
- WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Immediately (max 1 month)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to Arabic and/or French speaker candidates
- Male/Female, 35 years old and below
- Open for candidates outside UAE

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Law and other relevant certifications
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably from venture capital background
- Strong experience in Private Equity and with good background in investment
- Expert in Fund Formation and Team management
- Excellent communications and managerial skills
