Legal Secretary - Bilingual (Arabic and English)
Charterhouse is working with a global law firm who is looking to hire a bilingual Legal Secretary. The role will involve providing high level secretarial support to senior members of the firm.
The main duties of the position will be to support lawyers who handle a mixture of litigation cases, audio/copy typing in both English and Arabic, opening and closing files, preparing litigation bundles, full billing/invoice process, daily admin duties as well as assisting the other secretaries when required and basic translation duties.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be willing to work hard and as part of a smaller team. You should have law firm experience along with a minimum of 2 years as a Legal Secretary and Litigation experience. Knowledge of the court systems is also desired.
