Charterhouse is working with an international law firm who is looking to hire an experienced Legal Secretary for their office in Dubai.
As Legal Secretary, you will provide support to the Partners and other Senior Associates in the Banking and Finance team. This position is to cover maternity leave and is likely to last 6-9 months. The role will involve supporting the Banking & Finance team with a full range of secretarial duties. You will be required to produce legal documents, arrange travel as well as check and respond to emails and arrange meetings.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years international law firm experience; Banking & Finance is not essential. You should be proactive and adaptable to succeed in this busy team and comfortable supporting Partner level.
