Job description / Role
To provide high-profile customers with best-in-class service. At least 3 years of customer service experience in lifestyle concierge, travel/tourism, hospitality, premium/luxury retail, and hotel/guest services. Must have a good understanding of Luxury Lifestyle – travel, dining, entertainment. Fashion and luxury brands. Outstanding communication skills, Arabic and English speaker (French is preferred but not mandatory).
Salary:
AED
11,000 to 12,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Annual bonus, insurance, home leave tickets
Requirements
We are looking for an individual who is customer-focused and passionate about providing excellent concierge services over the phone, email, and/or chat. He/She will be responsible for looking after the requests of our premium customers, providing personalized services, and meeting their needs and expectations whilst at the same time ensuring internal quality standards are kept and following established turnaround times.
