You will be responsible for timely execution of preventive maintenance of plant equipment to eliminate breakdowns while reducing and optimizing planned maintenance and related shutdowns to ensure people & product safety is never compromised.

A day in the life of

- Implementing machine improvements related to the identified Safety gaps resulting from machinery safety assessments and red tags.
- Ensure proper line release procedures are followed after interventions & completion of controls' activities.
- Ensuring process and equipment safety for people, products, and the environment, and that everyone demonstrates an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
- Participating in the implementation of maintenance methodologies to eliminate quality defects, safety risks and chronic technical issues.
- Implementing maintenance and inspection plans to ensure reliability, sustainability and security of the Electrical infrastructure. Ensuring proper backup procedures of electrical systems supporting production. Monitor plant and equipment to ensure optimal operation and reduction of planned/unplanned downtime
- Support project team for installation and commissioning of various CAPEX projects in the Confectionery Plant
- Leading the Breakdown Analysis/Root Cause Analysis for each breakdown in order to make sure that there is no repetition of breakdown.
- Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting in the Industrial Services Equipment (Chillers, compressors, cooling towers, WWTP, Low Voltage Distribution etc.)

Requirements

What Will Make You Successful?

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience of working as an Electrician/Electrical Specialist in FMCG
- Good Knowledge in Safety, Quality and Compliance.
- In-depth Knowledge of Electrical Low voltage Distribution, Electrical Protection Devices, Electrical Safety, Electrical Design and Electrical Maintenance Program
- Good knowledge of local Electrical Codes and Standards
- Knowledge of Automation and Control systems including Rockwell, PLCs, HMI, Servo Drives, VFDs and communication protocols.
- Good Knowledge of Industrial Instrumentation and Calibration procedures including Pressure, Level, Flow transmitters, metal detectors, Vision Systems etc.
- Good knowledge of SAP/ Asset maintenance Management (AMM)
- Good troubleshooting skills in area of expertise
- Knowledge of all plant process, instrumentation, Motors and circuits
