Listing/Media Coordinator

Job description / Role

The Listing/Media Coordinator is responsible for managing the online listings and media presence for a real estate company in UAE-Dubai. This includes creating and updating property listings on various websites, managing social media accounts, and coordinating with the marketing team to ensure all listings and media materials are accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update property listings on various real estate websites, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including posting regular updates and responding to inquiries
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all listings and media materials are consistent and up-to-date
- Monitor and track online listing performance, making adjustments as needed to increase visibility and engagement
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from potential clients, providing accurate and timely information
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all properties are properly represented and marketed online
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the real estate market to ensure listings and media materials are relevant and effective
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and materials for property listings
- Create and maintain relationships with third-party listing websites and media outlets
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as organizing and maintaining files and databases.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Good understanding of social media platforms and online listing websites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of the UAE-Dubai real estate market is a plus.
