Job description / Role
* Buying the materials, as per materials request, on cash basis.
* Collection of Cash from Accounts for the approved cash purchases.
* Arranging for purchasing materials on LPO basis, wherein the materials are purchased on credit or Current dated cheque or cash.
* Arranging for delivery of the materials to the concerned projects sites and get acknowledgement in lieu of delivery of the materials from the site officials on the copy of invoice or delivery notes for the materials delivered..
* Responsible to monitor the fleet management and driver’s utilization on daily bases.
* Coordinate with the office staff to fulfil their office requirement like PC, Chair, table and laptop.
* Responsible to arrange driver and transport for the sites deliveries and labour transportation.
* Responsible to arrange the maintenance for the company vehicle.
* To submit the weekly report all the jobs done during the week to Purchase Manager.
Requirements
* Candidates must have a construction background and experience of working for a main contractor in the Middle East.
* A minimum of 5 years in the Middle East is essential.
* Diploma/Degree is essential.
* Must have good communication skills
