Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:
- Prepare the required documents and submit them to the general manager to obtain his signature on the necessary quotations and proforma invoices.
- Serve as the focal point between the store and the export department for our daily dispatches and deliveries.
- Check the coding and costing system whenever required to verify and maintain the cost margin.
- Coordinate with local, export, and UCC salespeople to support them in preparing and organizing their orders and transactions.
- Maintain a list of all pending orders to ensure all materials are available for proceeding with the sales orders.

Salary: up to 4.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

Qualifications:
- Open to Filipino nationals
- 35 years old and below
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or similar field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within UAE preferably from a chemical manufacturing industry
