Job description / Role
Position Title: Machine Learning/AI Assistant Professor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 23,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation allowance, family ticket, family insurance, and furniture allowance
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is a well known university college that offers various programs in Business and Information Technology through their School of Business & School of Information Technology which are fully approved and accredited by the Ministry of Education in UAE
Job Role:
• Carry a teaching load as per handbook
• Prepare lectures, tutorial, class exercises, quizzes, tests, etc., towards achieving learning outcomes
• Monitor, assess, record, and disseminate students’ performance periodically
• Counsel/advise the students to achieve a higher degree of academic excellence in coordination with DSA
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic and European nationals
• Male/Female, 50 years old and below
• PhD in Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence
• Essential certifications on Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence is an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years of teaching experience with emphasis on Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
• Have conducted practical sessions with corporates
• Able to demonstrate practical skills during the recruitment process
• Well versed with Python, R and Azure
• Fluent in English, Arabic speaker is an advantage
