Job description / Role
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all pumps and related machinery in the facility not limited to casting & pump factories, ranging from intricate CNC 5-Axis machines to heavy machinery in casting factory.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
- Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in the pumps industry.
- Strong knowledge of pumps and related machinery, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Professional certifications in machinery maintenance or related field would be advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
