Our client, one of the fastest growing public safety and security solutions organisations globally, is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Maintenance Mechatronics Technician to their UAE team. As the portfolio of infrastructure / civil projects across the Middle East continues to expand, so too does our employer, a leading provider of public safety and security solutions. Looking to expand their ranks and with long term prospects providing stability and career development, our employer is seeking to welcome a professional and experienced Maintenance Mechatronics Technician for their multi-billion dollar infrastructure project.

Reporting to the Maintenance Project Manager and working as part of the Maintenance Team, this role is responsible for the following:

• Perform maintenance at a basic and intermediate level to a large scale and advanced system, scattered on a large geographical area
• Corrective and preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and assembly / disassembly of
- mechanical components
- mechanical – hydraulic components
- electric motors
- control components and electric board components
- insulated cables and connect switches, outlets and other fittings

Requirements

The attributes we seek for this pivotal role include:

• Degree qualified in relevant field with Security Systems and Maintenance qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance
• Minimum 3 years’ hands on experience as a Mechatronics Practical Engineer
• Excellent diagnostic ability and aptitude for mechanics and electronics
• Deep knowledge of security systems
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent written and oral English skills
