Maintenance Planning Assistant - UAE National

Job description / Role

As a Maintenance Planning Assistant, you will be responsible for facilitating permit requests, managing communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing the preparation of invoices.

In this role, you will:

- Receive and process permit requests from internal and external customers and ensure it compliance with Dubai Airports' regulations and procedures.
- Coordinate with customers to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Facilitate approvals from relevant authorities, including Dubai Airports and the police office.
- Liaise with customers to fulfil permit requirements promptly.
- Prepare necessary documentation, including the "No Objection Certificate," and obtain approvals.
- Maintain accurate records and upload documents into the Dubai Airports system.
- Coordinate with various departments to expedite permit issuance and airside driving training for drivers.
- Verify and process invoices received through the Dubai Airports system.
- Generate bills for cash customers and facilitate payment collection.
- Maintain detailed records of financial transactions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

- High School or equivalent.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Valid UAE driving license
- Excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Understanding of business requirements and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to operate scanning equipment for document processing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
