Job description / Role
Maintenance Technician
Role is to
- Must have both Elevator & Escalator Knowledge
- Knowledge of Monarch NICE 3000 & major Lift MNC is a plus
- 24x7 Breakdown Attendance
- Preventive Maintenance
Requirements
- Plan for scheduling maintenance visits.
- Data entry of all visits and record any major maintenance
- Coordinate with clients for Third-Party Inspections
- Write Maintenance Reports
- Coordinate to source parts for the project
- Must have good communication skills
- Proficient in English, writing, and speaking.
- UAE Driving License (a plus)
