Job description / Role
• MALE ARABIC DEMI CHEF up to 2.4K AED++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Fujairah
• Responsible in chopping vegetables, and to butcher, grill, and sear different cuts of meat
• Clean work stations and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Manage kitchen stations, order food and supplies, and cut down on kitchen waste.
Requirements
• Open to ARABIC candidates
• Male, below 35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or any Culinary course is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of Culinary experience specializing in ARABIC CUISINE
• Strong background experience in hot & mezze
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership and customer service skills
• Presentable with good hygiene
• HACCP certification is an advantage
• Work Location: Fujairah, UAE
Salary up to 2,400 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation allowances, duty meal and incentives
