Job description / Role
Male Arabic Head Chef for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Dubai
• Open to ARABIC candidates
• Male, 35 years old below
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Culinary
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role or as Exe. Sous Chef or Chef De Cuisine
• Experience in a large kitchen and Arabic restaurant operation
Requirements
• Good leadership and coaching skills
• Experience in waste management, P&L, staff recruitment, costing, menu planning and budgeting is a must
• Must be PIC Certified
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer Literate
• Can join immediately or max 1-month notice
