Male Factory Manager for an Investment Group

Job description / Role

- Male Factory Manager up to 20K AED for an Investment Group in Sharjah
- Hands on experience in handling a team
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

Requirements

- Open to any nationality, Indian is preferred
- Male, 38 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in similar role
- Hands on experience in handling a team
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Can join immediately or after 1 month maximum
- Work Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary up to 20,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
