Job description / Role
• Vibes Events is the leading temporary staffing solutions agency in the UAE & the region.
• We specialize in hiring tailored and professional staff to fit any requirements for: Mega & Complex Events, Exhibitions & Conferences, Sports & Cultural Events, Concerts & Festivals, Brand Engagements and have been in the market for 14 years.
• Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, with an active branch in Dubai, we operate with full time employees providing our services across the UAE.
Currently, we are on the lookout for a Dubai based Mall Kiosk Staff Supervisor (for a temporary contract related to a ticket sales promotion) that can handle:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Monitor staff KPIs
• Visit locations (1 kiosk per day)
• Collect sales information and prepare daily / monthly reports
Contract Duration
• 25th of August 2021 – March 2022
• 6 Days a week of duty, 1 day off
Salary:
AED
9,000 to 10,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
Prerequisites:
• 3 or more years of experience as a leader or a supervisor
• Sales Experience (Retail or Ticketing sales would be advantageous)
• Experience in Credit / Debit card transactions & reconciliation reports would be advantageous
• Holder of a valid Drivers’ license and has own car
• Has own, valid UAE residence visa
• Vaccinated for both COVID 19 doses
Locations:
(It’s a must that candidate has to be based in Dubai or Sharjah & able to drive across between locations and when visiting Abu Dhabi / Al Ain locations, the PCR costs will be paid by Vibes.)

• Supervisor 1 – Managing teams in Dubai (2), Sharjah (1), Al Ain (1), Abu Dhabi (2)
• Supervisor 2 – Managing teams in Dubai (3), Ras Al Khaimah (1), Fujairah (1), Ajman (1)
• You will be assigned to oversee either of the above teams.
