WHAT'S THE ROLE?

KONE is offering a unique opportunity for fresh dynamic and energetic individuals to join us as Management Trainees within our Finance, Legal, and Administration departments.

As a Trainee, you'll be provided with a learning program of blended modules we've designed to enhance your core and soft skills. In addition to on-the-job training, and mentoring, you will be also receiving soft skills training such as Communication Skills & Presentation Skills.

This is an opportunity to kickstart your career, build and enhance relationship management skills while experiencing working life in a global multinational organization. You will be mentored and guided by department experts who will help grow not just your administration skills but also your confidence as a high-performing individual.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

You will be placed in one of KONE’s key departments, most relevant to your university degree and career aspirations, and will have the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by colleagues and business leaders in your field.
You will receive a structured onboarding plan and on-the-job training to ensure that you are trained and upskilled with the most critical skills for your department.

Requirements

UAE National with a family book

Completed a relevant degree

Good English language communication skills both written and spoken.

A desire to contribute to a challenging and diverse environment

An inquisitive & growth mindset

A collaborative approach with the ability to learn and adapt.
