Job description / Role
• Pre-evaluation and post evaluation on the financial impact of proposed enterprise sales initiatives in close coordination with business marketing team to provide financial assessment
• Analyze and assess the financial impact on various capital expenditure and other large scale projects
• Analyze and assess special projects for Etisalat department initiatives to provide financial assessment support necessary for decision making
• Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions (Manager only)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support Senior manager for successfully running business analysis (enterprise) operations (Manager only)
• Prepare various reports on financial analysis and business plans to provide management with appropriate financial information for decision taking
• Analyze financial results and potential future trends/ business opportunities in order to be able to provide financial forecasts/ projections
• Providing benchmarking, competitor and/or industry analysis
• Implement and improve finance modeling capabilities
• Analysis of business cases related to pre and post evaluation of enterprise sales initiatives to provide financial assessment appropriate for decision making
• Analysis of large scale projects on various capital investments, partnerships or large scale financial commitment to provide financial assessment appropriate for decision making
• Analysis of business plans and special projects for Etisalat department initiatives to provide financial assessment support necessary for decision making
• Assess special request of products offers in a form of memo to provide financial advice appropriate for decision making
• Participates in tenders and RFP to provide financial assessment necessary for decision making
• Provides financial support to Adhoc task assigned by management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics/Relevant certification or relevant experience with minimum of high school qualification
• Preferred Knowledge in Telecommunications Industry
• 5-8 years’ experience as a professional accountant (forecasting) or Financial Analyst in a comparable role.
