Job description / Role
Product Development (PD) has a key role in supporting Product Engineering in its vital role of being the new Product House of du: a lean yet powerful machine in generating and delivering new product and experiences to our customers. In this context, the purpose of this job is to develop with optimum quality and time to market the business requirements in the Business Systems area, aligned with the objectives of the requesting area, engaging the affected departments and solution design teams. This position develops business requirements based on requester input and internal knowledge and ensures that the assessment is compliant with the demanded functionality.
Another key objective is leverage PE new ecosystem to generate new and innovative product Ideas and recommendations to support Business Units in achieving company’s revenues, profitability and efficiency targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Operations or Telecom Engineering.
- 6-8 years of experience, preferably in Operations or Finance within the Telecommunication sector with at least 3 years in similar role.
- Experience in system architecture, business processes and supporting systems for customer operations, sales, finance, human resources
Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of portfolio management.
- Ability to define implementation of business processes with the support of IT systems
- Understanding of business impact of implementation decisions in the systems
- Understanding of du processes
- Strong coordination between team members
- Able to manage requirement definition for a significant number of projects in a structured way
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensible information tactfully
- Ability to analyse complex business needs and convert them into business requirements.
