Overview of the role

The Dev Ops Mobility & Automation Manager responsible for directly supporting business critical & Digital engineering initiatives within group technology and digital platform (GTDP), in order to facilitate initiation, delivery and implementation for successful CR, project / program outcomes & Digital Engineering initiatives.

Ensure necessary Governance and Controls implemented and monitored for the same; Support Project Managers, manage escalations & developers on all use cases, contributing to Quality Reviews, support stakeholders and coordinating activities in support of quality assurance.

What you will do

Project Support:
- Work with the Quality Assurance and Automation/ AI Lead to develop the IT Project Standards guide Assist and advice the Product Owner on key technical decisions.
- Manage the delivery of small to medium size projects for GTDP as assigned, projects and handle escalations.
- Detailed mapping of the "As Is" process and "To be Process" for each use case to be documented and demonstrated to the stakeholders

Development Support:
- Prepare detailed process design and user stories
- Ability to problem solve and determine solutions
- Deliver high quality work and adapt to new

Governance & Control:
- Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project deliverables for the Digital Engineering Team
- Ensure financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all project expenditure in place & accurately reported
- Training the team for , Quality Assurance and Automation tools like DocuSign
- Support the Digital Engineering team for on-boarding, off-boarding candidates

Requirements

Required Skills to be successful
- Advanced use of JIRA & Dev Ops
- Expertise in Microsoft
- Knowledge of executing & implementation of AI projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral & written)
- Stakeholder Management

What equips you for the role
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field; Or equivalent work experience
- 8-10 years IT Experience including 2 years minimum experience of working in a medium-large Project Management Office in similar role
- Relevant experience in the Automation tools (like Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Tech stack and Automation tools like DocuSign)
