Employment: Full Time

Job purpose

The purpose of this position is to deliver market best practices & strategies across all channels for the Enterprise Business. The role holder will fully support the EVP Enterprise Business, SVP Enterprise Marketing and Channel VPs by analyzing, developing, recommending & executing profitable conversion and risk mitigation strategies based on annual/monthly budget targets and gaps.

Requirements

Minimum experience:
• Minimum 7-12 years of experience in an Analytical role preferably 5 of which in Telecom industry

Minimum education:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or Information Management

Knowledge and skills:
• Strong analytical skills needed to simplify complex problems and devise properly balanced responses to technical and business support requirements
• Experience on KPI performance management (commissions) systems and structures
• Good understanding of telecommunications and technologies
• Innate quality of wanting to making a personal difference and add value to the organisation
• Good knowledge about BI reporting platforms.
• Knowledge in Callidus or Cognos is an advantage
