Job description / Role
Principal Functions :
End-to-end management of the training lifecycle of the assigned LOBs, which includes leading & managing the trainers + training delivery + training content _ methodology +governing SLAs, enhance efficiency & contribute to improve the process constantly & adhere to training guidelines.
Duites & Responsibilities :
Manage & evaluate all training course content and plans & ensure 100% effectiveness in knowledge transfer end to end in optimum time
Develop training content/ methodology in pace with the changing technology/ process & customer expectations
Groom & develop all trainers & conduct regular class audits & feedback sessions
Ensure all training/ content SLAs are met with no impact on quality
Initiate TNI exercises appropriate to the section & ensure delivery of training in the most suitable methodology - the end to end lifecycle till ROI
Manager internal customers with regular feedback sessions & value adds
Take responsibility of floor performance & BQT.
Support and follow up with operations on required training and performance improvement plans.
Manage External customers within or outside Etisalat.
Govern Outsource training teams / SLA & methodology .
Ensure timeline optimization through innovation & efficiency.
Requirements
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
12 years with minimum 10 years of training experience.
Applicants with experience in Telecoms/large MNC's will be given an added advantage.
