The IT Systems Manager is responsible for the management of IT Systems department including planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to design, implementation and expert support for IT Systems to ensure reliability, smoothness and availability of IT Systems. As well, evaluating and identifying organizational needs pertaining to IT Systems. Spearheading IT Projects by coordinating between diverse technical teams and vertically across management to implement project roll-outs and process enhancements. Designing architecture for new technologies in alignment with business and organizational development goals.

Job Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain the IT Systems standards for all the countries.
• Effectively manage projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling till closure.
• Develop and ensure adequacy of the IT Systems Architecture to the Company expansion and IT innovation.
• Troubleshoot system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
• Manage the whole Zone IT Systems team and support all the countries.
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Guarantee the Technical Support for all the IT Systems.
• Guarantee that the information provided by the systems is accurate, timely and usable.
• Guarantee proper documentation for all IT system architectures.
• Propose to management evolutions to support the company expansion and integrate the latest technologies.
• Maintain professional, impartial and efficient relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure close collaboration with Carrefour Int’l to enhance the transfer of know-how and benefit of Int’l agreements.
• Ensure the proper conservation, utilization and profitability of the company’s assets
• Guarantee the quality, confidentiality and application and protection of company’s “Know-How”.
• Ensure stability of the IT Systems and communications to avoid any downtime in the operations.
• Propose and implement action plans in order to increase productivity, performance and effectiveness of the operations.
• Guarantee minimal delay in all recovery procedures in order to minimize the impact on operations.

Requirements

Skill Set (job specific technical skills and behavioral competencies needed):
• Full proficiency of IT design and architecture
• Team Leadership
• Microsoft Products (Windows Server, Windows Client, System Center, Virtualization, Cloud ----Computing, Active Directory and Microsoft Messaging Systems)
• Solid Experience in Microsoft Servers: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 and 2016/ MCTIP and MCSE certifications is a plus.
• Solid Experience in Microsoft Messaging Systems: Microsoft Exchange Server 2013/ 2016.
• Solid Experience in Virtualization (Hyper-V and VMWare).
• Solid Experience in Project Management.
• Hands-on Experience in Agile Framework.
• Solid Experience in Network Protocols, Queuing Protocols, Managed File Transfer protocols and products.
• Intermediate experience in open source platforms (Linux).
• Solid Experience in collaboration tools (Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft One Drive).
• Solid Experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Services including: WDS, SCCM, Active Directory/ Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
• Knowledge in Apple related products (iPAD, MACBook).
• Knowledge in NOC related services and processes (SCOM, Solar Winds).
• Solid Experience in MDM and MAM solutions (Intune, Airwatch).
• Solid Experience in IT Security Policies.
• Experience in IT Security Products including: Wireless Security (Radius), End Point Security (Antivirus), Secure Email Gateways, etc.
• Experience in automation and scripting using PowerShell and scripting platforms.
• English (Full professional proficiency - Required)
• Arabic (Limited working proficiency - Advantage) where applicable

Minimum Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in IT Systems Management Position.
• 4+ Years of experience in Managing enterprise IT Systems.

Minimum Qualifications/Education:
• University Graduate Bachelor Degree (computer science, computer engineering) or any related study; a Master's degree is a plus.
