Job description / Role
Job purpose
The key responsibility is to drive the channel marketing strategy, roadmap and support the channels to achieve gross acquisition, churn & ARPU/ARPA targets across total telecommunications including mobile, fixed and managed services to deliver overall segment revenue, GM and customer NPS/BHI targets.
Requirements
Minimum experience:
• At least 7 - 12 years' experience in Marketing and/or Sales role
Minimum education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business required
Knowledge and skills:
• Good understanding of Enterprise customers, sales channels and driving growth/scale opportunities
• Good commercial acumen with good understanding of analysis and reporting to build insight for action
• Structured thinker with strategic view, plus pragmatic operational approach
• Ability to understand the market dynamics and adopt to changing needs of the business with speed
• Good planning and presentation skills
