Taaleem Central Office are currently exploring the market in order to appoint an experienced and professional, Organisational Effectiveness Manager to become part of a well established team in the heart of Dubai. Job Purpose:
• To provide professional and timely support to the business on all areas of HR, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and at the same time providing effective and efficient service levels to all stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver strategies around Employee Relations, Engagement, Development and Wellness

Key Relationships (Internal and External):
• Principals, Heads of School, HR Representatives, School Operations Managers, SEB, Third Party Providers eg PRO and Medical Insurance, Central Office and School Employees

Key Accountabilities:

Total Reward
• Manage the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs
• Develop total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, engagement and other work experience programs, that are cost effective and consistent with market trends and organizational objectives.

Performance Management
• Review and improve existing performance management systems and staff motivation/development plans
• Drive and manage the development and implementation of company-wide performance management systems
• Conduct regular performance appraisal exercises and workshops for middle to senior level management
• Manage organizational performance levels by exercising performance improvement plans to individuals, teams as and when necessary through systematic identification systems
• Providing ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operations work processes and individual performances and to identify and manage operational risks
• Review and improve existing performance management systems and staff motivation/development plans

Learning and Talent Development
• To develop talent management and succession planning and to coordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
• To work with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Personal Development Plans for staff
• To develop coaching, mentoring and secondment schemes to support staff development and the achievement of Personal Development Plans.
• To lead on the development of a staff skills and knowledge database in order to maximise the diverse talents of the organisation

Policies and Procedures
• Implement, develop and maintain company-wide policies, procedures and forms
• Develop an internal policy management system to ensure that all policies are up to date and aligned with any change
• Ensure policies and procedures are practised internally

Engagement and Culture
• Implement annual employee engagement survey
• Work alongside HRBP to analyse survey data to drive implementation of new strategy
• Create a working environment which fosters and encourages employee engagement

HR Technology and Analytics
• Become a program super user on company internal database
• Act as HR system champion to deliver training on HR systems
• Manage implementation of new HR systems
• Manipulate system data to provide accurate statistics
• Present data as and when required to internal & external stakeholders

Requirements

Person Specification:

Education
- Master’s Degree qualified in relevant subject area and member of CIPD

Experience
- 4-5 years in an HR role, with experience of broad range of HR areas, including experience of HR systems and UAE Labour Law

Competencies
- Communication Skills, Analytical and Critical Thinking, Relationship-Building, Leadership and team-working, Innovative and Solutions-focused
