Job description / Role
Our client, a leading bank in Abu Dhabi is actively searching for a PRO, Manager to partner with the business.
• Represent the Bank with Government and non-Government authorities and entities and on behalf of the staff members in transaction and procedures such as Visa, warrants, permits, passports, licenses, health cards etc., thus save time, effort and money to Bank and staff
• Overseas execution of all transactions related to the Bank, staff members and their families & close relatives promptly and accurately, with Naturalization & Residence Department all types of Visas, entry, transit, working and avoidance of fines.
Requirements
• Overseas all transactions with Ministry of labour, Ministry of Health and certificates, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Embassies, Ministry of Interior and Police, Court and Judiciary, Airport, Sea Ports & Customs to enhance internal customer satisfaction through accurate & timely completion of all formalities and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Overseas all transactions for attestation of certificates Customs
• To give Constructive suggestions to review all aspect HR functioning including processing/systems
