Job description / Role
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, third parties/vendors/developers, for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and highest quality.
- Work on the creation of tender documents, tender out the works along with the support of finance to ensure the set process is followed for any work executed, New, Renovation and Refresh.
- Identity qualified vendors and empanel them into the system by following the internal process and guidelines.
- Developing project scopes, schedules, trackers, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring regular updates are circulated.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation are done time to time
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, the set process and forms available.
- Report and escalate the challenges to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the Concept team, Developers, Business development team, finance, operations and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create, follow and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all projects.
- Support on the store maintenance and Retail needs.
- Manage the project inventory in the warehouse and ensure they are mapped for future stores.
- Support Operations team, on regular maintenance support of store from technical aspects.
