Job description / Role
About the Job
- Manage and leads the development, coordination and implementation of the Company business plans and ensure that the resulting strategies are consistent with the objectives and Business Plan guidelines.
- Manage and coordinate performance measure program throughout the Company and produce business and technical analysis, studies and reports on critical issues.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development, seek approval and ensure effective implementation of the Department strategy in line with global best practices, ensuring alignment to the Business Support and Corporate strategy Division.
- Ensure effective implementaton of strategic plans as per set timelines in order to support achievement of corporate objectives and Business Plan.
- Manage and direct the development of the Business Plan to establish medium and long term strategies and work programmes for all other activities of the Company.
- Provide guidance and expertise to divisions in establishing realistic achievable work programs and expenditure plans within prescribed time frames.
- Coordinate management review of capital and operating forecasts and ensure their consistency with the Strategic Business Plan.
- Coordinate the preparation and presentation of the Company Business Plan for the Company Senior Management.
- Provide professional analytical, financial and technical support to Senior Management and all Divisions.
- Prepare and produce air memoires on financial and technical matters to be discussed by the Board of Directors.
- Responsible for directing and participating in the provision of other management reporting and supporting activities including the development of the Corporate activity reports.
- Responsible for producing business and technical analysis and preparing studies and reports on critical issues.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Masters degree in Business Administration an advantage.
- Around 12 years of experience, including experience in business planning and performance management role.
