STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT
Manager - Strategic Planning
The group maps out where we're going, what that means, and what it looks like. Our Research team analyses the industry so that we're never playing catch-up. Development translate strategies into plans and projects. In Corporate Development, it's more about the impact of strategies on our day-to-day running. And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we're agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.
JOB PURPOSE
- You will develop and manage the strategic planning process, including strategy formulation, communication, execution, as well as defining corporate measures of success and monitoring corporate business performance.
- You will enhance the decision-making process and favor quick and effective implementation of new strategic objectives throughout the organization.
- You will ensure that the corporate strategy is clearly articulated and communicated internally, using innovative communications methods, channels and materials customized to the different organizational layers.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION
- You should hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree level in a discipline related to business administration or related field. MBA is an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
- Strategic plan development, operational plan development, corporate performance management framework design and implementation including strategy execution monitoring with a relevant aviation experience of 6 to 8 years.
