Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• The job purpose is to be responsible for User acceptance testing (UAT) review and acceptance by business units’. She/he is accountable for efficient and effective review test results assigned to commercial and non-commercial CRs in a timely manner and compliant to business needs and IT roadmap.
• Support BRM sessions with business and manage post deployment validations with business stakeholders.
• The nature of the role is to reports to the Director Operations & Support Design and responsible for coordinating test results reviews and manage BRM sessions for business units CR’s and Projects.
• She/he possesses the necessary skills to manage inter departmental relationships. The job holder will be the focal point on all aspects related to business user’s acceptance of testing results; improve quality of IT deliverables and provide regular visibility to the head of the function.
• Skills to build and maintain test knowledge base based delivery results and delivers quality measurements

Requirements

Minimum experience:
• Minimum 7-12 years of experience in UAT/BRM role
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecommunications Industry
• Excellent understanding of IT solution design, development methodologies, testing types and project management

Minimum education:
• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Certifications such as CSQA, e-TOM, BSCS, ISO, ITIL etc. is a plus

Knowledge and skills:
• Proven ability to lead large transformation projects
• Ability to lead teams of ~40-50 people
• Very strong technical knowledge in telecom infrastructure, experience in test design techniques and software quality analysis.
• Experience in commercial and non- commercial business processes operation.
• Proven track record of managing vendors
• Proven track record in governance and financial management
• Strong management skills in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment
• Fluent in English and Arabic is advantage
