Our client is a leading provider of Air solutions that work across major projects in global markets. Our client now seeks to appoint a Managing Director to their Middle East function to develop and implement business strategy and direction to drive sustainable business growth. The role will be based in Dubai with extensive travel within the region.

This position will report directly into the VP of Middle East & Asia and will be responsible for the below:

• Maintain final responsibility for full Profit and Loss responsibility for the division.
• Manage and Develop the Production site and Operations in line with business plans
• Oversee and drive forward Sales within the Region
• Lead client management activities and exercise Principal-In-Charge functions.
• Analyze markets and develop credible operational and marketing strategies.

Requirements

To be considered you must hold the following:

• 15 - 20 years experience within Operations & Sales Functions for Multinational organisations within HVAC or Oil & Gas Equipment.
• Degree Qualified - Preferably within Mechanical Engineering
• P&L Experience
• Management experience of teams 20 +
• Middle East Regional experience
