Managing Director Up To 65k Aed For A Leading Hospitality Investment Company

• Overseeing the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures
• Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals
• Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated
• Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations
• Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities

Requirements

• POSITION: Managing Director
• SALARY: up to 65,000 AED plus family benefits depending on qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Hospitality and Investment Group (for a new F&B division)
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationals
• Male, 55 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics or any relevant course; Master’s degree is a plus
• At least 10 years of experience in food and beverages environment
• Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position
• Reliable and able to run all the division including but not limited to setup, operations, business development, and etc.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
