One of the global leaders in air filters and clean air solutions is seeking a Managing Director Middle East to be based in Dubai reporting to the EVP APAC & ME.

Key responsibilities

* Develop and grow a strong market presence in Middle East
* Responsible for setting budgets, sales targets and P/L accountability for the business
* Contributing to achievement of the APAC and ME business targets
* Manage and develop employees of the business

Requirement Summary

* Strong leadership and management skills and experience in developing teams
* Entrepreneurial acumen, with an ability to demonstrate strong P&L management expertise and commercial awareness
* Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent competence gained through other means
* Qualified experience in Sales & Marketing/ Project management
* 5-10 years of experience from comparable industries (experience from HVAC or related industries are beneficial)
