What will need to be done:
• To control the accounting outsourcing department in the UAE;
• Develop and implement an accounting outsourcing strategy, including defining goals and objectives, and risk assessment;
• To train and develop the accounting outsourcing department;
• Ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements;
• Interact with customers and partners, establish cooperation and support long-term relationships;
• Analyze and improve accounting processes, introduce new technologies and work methods.
Requirements
It is important for us that the employee in this position has broad knowledge and skills in outsourcing accounting, as well as leadership skills, and is able to effectively manage the team.
From you:
• Having experience in managing accounting outsourcing in the UAE is important;
• Understanding the consulting services market in the UAE;
• Accounting management experience of at least 5 years;
• English language level from C1, Russian - 2;
• In-depth knowledge of UAE accounting, financial accounting, taxation, accounting legislation;
• Experience working with accounting software and ERP systems;
• The ability to effectively manage a team of accountants and the ability to work in a team;
• Analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions;
• Communication, presentation and analytical skills.
