Job description / Role

Senior Managing Quantity Surveyor
Salary: AED 45-50,000 per month

Our client is a leading European contractor based in Dubai. They have over 10,000 employees across the UK & UAE.

- Degree qualified - BSc Quantity Surveying
- UAE experience
- Member of RICS (desired)
- Minimum 10 years of Building contractor experience working in a commercial / contract manager role (ideally - service contracts)
- Highly experienced in developing commercial strategies, leading contractual negotiations for Civil projects
- Significant experience in leading variation order assessments - identifying, assessing & monitoring variation orders
- Expert in claims management - setting up procedures, claim preparation / defence and dispute resolution
The ideal candidate must have worked for reputable contractors in the Middle East region with a proven track record in a similar role.
