Job description / Role
Our client is a leading global investment bank. A vacancy exists for a Banking Operations professional who is fluent in Mandarin to join their Settlement team and build their career in a truly blue-chip multi-national institution.
* Opening of Client Information, Client Account, Time Deposit Account, Demand Deposit Account, Inter Bank Account, Pledge Deposit Account in OCBS System, Adding New counter-parties in OPICS and mapping the same with Kondor+ & OCBS
* Business Data reconciliation of Bonds, FX & MM Deals with Treasury & Finance as per the procedures set up in Business Data reconciliation policy
* Construct SWIFT messages for the relevant trade finance products and services.
* Ensure Nostro account balances are reviewed and reported daily to Finance, Risk Management , Treasury department and discrepancies, if any are followed up immediately.
* Process and ensure proper settlement of all transactions
* Check and process all loans and other trade finance products and services efficiently to the satisfaction of the customers.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
* Candidate must be a Mandarin speaker
* UAE based
