Developed ingeniously to defend against the most advanced modern mobile security threats, a personal vault for private communication. We are looking for a Test Engineer with experience of Android hardware to contribute to this world leading product.

Dark Matter is a team of cyber security specialists dedicated to providing secure, trusted and integrated protection services. Working in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for a Manual Test Engineer who is passionate about delivering quality products to our enterprise customers. Our ideal candidate is bright, responsible, self-motivated, and confident, with a focus on execution and getting stuff done. We look for problem solvers who can anticipate problems, look beyond immediate issues, and take initiative to improve our software. Successful candidates will apply agile testing practices to our security software stacks in various platforms, including but not limiting to Android and iOS mobile, and Mac OSX, Windows and Linux server.

In this role you will be:

- Creates testcases, release notes, test logs etc based on requirements and test execution.
- Executes testcases and report defects, raise issues or concerns to the team
- Maintain QA documents up-to-date across Sprints
- Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Have a passion for software testing
- Have previous QA experience: familiar with QA processes, understand test methodologies
- Understand SDLC, familiar with Agile Methodology
- Experience in working with multiple platforms especially mobile platforms: Windows/Linux/MacOS, Android/iOS
- Good written and verbal communication skills to describe the findings
- Ability to discuss system issues
- Familiarity with development and configuration tools (Git, Jira, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience in Test Management Tools: Zephyr, Bugzilla, HP QC

Desired Qualifications:

- Familiarity with security testing and cryptography
- Familiarity with performance and memory testing
- Experience in Analysis Tool in Security and Networking: Fasoo, Drozer, Fortify, WireShark
