Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The primary focus will be responsibility for the preparation, accuracy and quality of regional revenue forecast, and associated market and operational efficiency analyses, as this data is used by the executive management team. Providing expert support to the regional sales team for business development opportunities is also required, and bringing commonality across the region for revenue management, sales strategy and contracts.

- Prepare and manage regional revenue forecasts and budget processes through co-ordination and co-operation with the various training centers and regional sales teams.
- Convert regional revenue data, utilization data and customer/market share data into meaningful information, for trend analysis and decision-making purposes to be used by the executive team in head office. Provide guidance in identifying the key issues or noteworthy events from this analysis
- Implement monitor and report on sales matrices and suggest remedial action.
- Manage and control contract pricing, and help with the development of pricing models.
- Coordinate with the regional sales teams, the training centers, and business development teams in ensuring that all elements of business development proposals, from a revenue forecasting perspective, are financially viable, complete, accurate, and have appropriate supporting evidence.
- Monitor all regional sales activity through the sales CRM tools and provide regular feedback to the Regional Business Development & Sales Leaders to ensure all regional sales targets are being met by the sales teams.

Requirements

- Expert knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and/or related data modelling skills.
- Highly numerate with an aptitude for analysing numeric data
- Experience working with transactional sales teams including incentive plans and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Good knowledge of other Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work within a team based environment that involves significant remote management.
- Initiative and achievement orientated.
- Marketing knowledge that includes pricing skills would be an advantage
