Job description / Role
Merchandising:
• Maintaining the Products in store racks, shelves, warm stock, displays and coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
• Manage back store by organizing and consolidating back stock (products), identifying, monitoring, and reporting back store inventory levels.
• Ensure FIFO is followed to avoid expiry of products.
• Housekeeping, Quality of SKU and management of damaged or defective products on daily basis.
• Ensuring POSM availability in every outlet wherever it is allowed
• Maintaining promotional displays as per the agreement
Sales:
• Booking orders as per replenishment needs and customer requirements.
• Achieve volume and sales as per targets.
• Follow-up on account receivables based on the account credit policy.
Customer Service:
• Providing customer service to consumer and store personnel by identifying and resolving concerns, answering question, locating product, and responding to customer request.
Requirements
• University / Bachelor’s degree graduate in any discipline
• Prior sales experience would be an advantage
• Should possess valid UAE / GCC Driving License
• Fluency in English; other languages like Arabic & Hindi would be an advantage.
